非特异性免疫药物结合中医治疗激素抵抗性哮喘(SRA)的疗效分析

Curative effect of steroid resistant asthma(SRA)by non-specific immune drugs with TCM

目的：探讨非特异性免疫药物结合中药治疗激素抵抗性哮喘（SRA）的临床疗效.方法：60例SRA患者,分成非特异性＋中药治疗组（A组）30例和非特异性治疗组（B组）30例,两组均连续治疗10天为1个疗程,共3个疗程.结果：A组总有效率90.0%明显高于B组73.3%（X〈／2〉=3.798,P〈0.05）;2组治疗后大部分症状积分较治疗前显著降低,A组症状总积分改善均优于B组（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）;A组用力第1秒肺活量（FEVl）、最大通气量（MVV）、最大呼气流速（PEF）、用力呼气中期流量（MMEF）较治疗前有明显改善（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）.结论：非特异性免疫药物结合中医治疗SRA.能提高肺脏通气功能、改善气道高反应、减轻气道慢性非特异性炎症、减轻小气道阻塞有明显疗效.

Objectlve To study the Curative effect of of steroid resistant asthma （SRA） by non-specific immune drugs with TCM. Methods 60 cases with SRA were divided into non-specific＋medicine treatment group （A group）30 cases and non-specific treatment group （13 group） 30 pcases, two groups were treated continuously for 10 days as a course of treatment, a total of 3 courses.Results A total effective rate in group A 90.0% were higher than 73.3% in group B（Х^2=3.798,P〈0.05）;The scores of most symptom after treatment compared with before treatment were significantly lower,The score of total symptoms in group A were better than group B（P all〈0.05 or P〈0.0I）;Tbe index of Force the vital volume in 1 sec（FEV1）,Maximum voluntary ventilation（MVV）,Peak expiratory flow（PEF）,Foreed mid-expiratory flow（MMEF） in group A after treatment compared with before treatment had significantly improved （all P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Conclusion The non-specific immune drugs combina- tion with TCM can increase the lung ventilation function, improve airway hyperresponsiveness,chronic airway to reduce non-specific inflamma- tion, relieve small airway obstruction had significant Curative effect in patients with SRA
