LigaSure在58例脾切除、贲门周围血管离断手术中的应用

LigaSure splenectomy in 58 cases of cardia amputated peripheral vascular surgery

目的:探讨应用LigaSure进行脾切除、贲门周围血管离断术的方法及优点。方法:对58例肝硬化门脉高压症使用LigaSure进行脾.切除、贲门周围血管离断术的患者进行回顾性分析。患者年龄36-72岁,平均46.5岁,其中Child-PughA级23例,Child-PughB级31例,Child-PughC级4例。结果:58例患者中,术中出血100-700mL,平均230mL,无手术并发症发生。结论:使用LigaSure进行门脉高压脾切除、贲门周围血管离断术是一种安全、快捷的手术方式,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the methods and advantages of LigaSure for spleneetomy, peripheral vascular disconnection cardiac surgery. Methods Using the LigaSure for splenectomy, peripheral vascular disconnection cardiac surgery for 58 patients with liver cirrhosis and portal hypertension patients, was analyzed retrospectively. Patients＇ages are between 36 and 72 years old ,the average ages are 46.5 years old.In 58 patients,the patients with Child-PughA level axe 23 eases, the patients with Child-PughB level axe 31 eases,and the patients with Child- PughC grade are 4 eases .Results The 58 patients bleeded 100-700ml in operation , the average bleeding is 230ml and no operative complications occurred. Conclusion The using of LigaSure spleneetomy for portal hypertension, peripheral vascular diseormection cardiac surgery is a kind of safe and quick surgical method, is worthy of popularizing.
