摘要
流程工业故障预警是建立在对流程工业故障预警模型的分析基础之上的。现代流程工业生产系统是一个多循环、紧密耦合的复杂动力学系统。本文通过一个流程工业系统中各个设备间的结构和功能的分析,找到输入量、输出量和设备状态间的函数关系,建立对应的复杂系统动力学模型。通过对系统动力学模型的数量分析,找出动力学系统的稳定状态,一旦输入、输出和状态变量的变化范围超出系统所能容忍的范围,整个动力学系统就会偏离稳定状态,从而导致系统故障。
The fault early warning and judgment of process industry is based on the model of analysis the fault of manufacture process. Modern process industry system is a multi-cycle, tight-coupling complex dynamic system. This paper try to find the relationship of input variable, output variable and state variable through analyze the structure and function of different equipments, and create a dynamic system model using a set of differential coefficient function. Then get the steady state of the whole dynamic system through the analysis of numerical value of the model. Once the input, output or state value oversteps the bound which the system allow, the whole system will depart the steady state and the fault will occur.
