2005～2008年长沙市芙蓉区结核病控制医防合作情况分析

Analysis on Cooperation between Treatment and Prevention of Tuberculosis Control in Furong District of Changsha City in 2005-2008

[目的]了解结核病控制中医疗机构与结防机构的合作现状、程度及存在问题,探寻、完善适应可持续发展要求的医防合作新思路。[方法]对2005～2008年长沙市芙蓉区结核病人报告、转诊、到位、管理等方面的资料进行分析。[结果]2005～2008年结防门诊累计登记初诊结核病病人1295例,其中就诊的占51.51%,转诊、追踪的占45.17%。非结防机构合计报告结核病病人2516例,其中定点医院报告的占49.44%,综合医院报告的50.56%;定点医院病人转诊率为9.13%,转诊到位率为91.07%,结防机构登记管理率为29.18%;综合医院转诊率为46.37%,转诊到位率为40.50%;结防机构追踪率为94.40%,追踪到位率为19.90%;总体到位率为29.42%。可疑症状者推荐102例,推荐到位率为38.24%。[结论]芙蓉区结核病控制项目的医防合作存在较大缺陷,实施效果欠佳。

[Objective]To know the situation,degree and problem of cooperation between clinic and tuberculosis-prevention institutions in implementation of tuberculosis control,so as to explore and improve a new way of thinking suitable for the sustainable development.[Methods]Analysis was made on data of reports,referrals,availabilities and management of tuberculosis-cases in Furong district of Changsha city in 2005-2008.[Results]A total of 1 295 primarily-diagnosed patients were registered at the anti-TB institution of Furong district of Changsha city in 2005-2008,among them,the out-patients accounted for 51.51%,referral and follow-up cases accounted for 45.17%.In all 2 516 cases reported by non-Tuberculosis prevention institution,the designated hospitals accounted for 49.44%,the clinical institutions accounted for 50.56%;the referral rate of cases in designated hospitals was 9.13%,the available rate of referral patients was 91.07%;the management rate of cases was 29.18%;the referral rate of cases in clinical institutions was 46.37%,and its available rate of referral patients was 40.50%;The rate of cases-track in anti-tuberculosis institution was 94.40%,its available rate of tracked patients was 19.90%;the general available rate of all patients was 29.42%.the total of recommended tuberculosis-suspects were 102,and its available rate was 38.24%.[Conclusion]Problems exist in the clinic-prevention cooperation of tuberculosis control in Furong district,and the effect of implementation is not good.
