2008年青岛市崂山区部分40岁以上健康人群麻疹IgG抗体水平调查

Investigation on the IgG Antibody Levels of Measles among the Healthy Populations Aged above 40 in Laoshan District of Qingdao City in 2008

[目的]了解40岁以上健康人群麻疹抗体水平,进一步控制麻疹疫情,为有针对性地采取措施提供科学依据。[方法]对青岛市崂山区2008年采集的1172份健康人群血清进行麻疹IgG抗体检测。[结果]调查1172人,血清麻疹IgG抗体阳性率为85.24%。麻疹IgG抗体阳性率,男性为84.54%,女性为85.93%(P>0.05);有随年龄的增长而增高的趋势(P<0.01);中韩街道为91.51%,沙子口街道为89.38%,北宅街道为78.33%(P<0.01)。[结论]崂山区45岁以上健康人群麻疹IgG抗体阳性率较高,但40～45岁人群抗体阳性率偏低。

[Objective]To explore the IgG antibody positive rate of measles among the healthy adult people aged above 40,to control the measles outbreak,and provide the scientific basis for targeted measures.[Methods]1 172 sera collected from healthy adult people in 2008 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosor-bent assay for IgG antibodies of measles.[Results]Among the investigation of 1 172 sera,the positive rate was 85.24%.The males was 84.54%,and the females was 85.93%.At the same time,there were trends that the positive rates increased with the age levels（P〈0.01）.Zhonghan was 91.51%,Shazikou was 89.38%,and Beizhai was 78.33%.[Conclusion]The IgG antibody positive rate of measles is higher in the people aged abve 45,but lower in the adult people aged 40-45 years.
