高脂血对血清酶类活性测定影响及处理方法 被引量:18

摘要 目的探讨高脂血对血清酶类活性测定的影响及其处理方法。方法分别对不同浓度模拟脂血标本,用聚乙二醇(PEG)处理和未处理过的脂血标本进行检测,将获得的实验数据进行统计学处理。结果 (1)低浓度脂血对血清酶检测无显著影响,脂血浓度超过2%以上,对酶类检测有严重影响;(2)用PEG可有效处理脂血标本,但处理后标本的酶活性降低;(3)不同浓度的PEG处理高脂血清效果不同,以20%浓度为最佳。结论当脂血浓度达到2.0%或以上时,对血清酶类检测结果有影响。肉眼可见脂血标本,可以采用20%PEG处理,处理后的酶活性值乘以稀释倍数为检测项目的实际结果 。 Objective To investigate the effect of hyperlipidemia on serum enzyme activity in blood and its treatment.Methods To detect the different concentrations of simulation lipid blood specimen treated and untreate by polyethyleneglycal(PEG).The obtained data were statistically analyzed.Results(1) Low concentration of serum lipid blood test had no significant effect on enzyme and serum lipid concentrations of more than 2% had serious effect on the detection of two enzymes;(2)PEG could effectively dealed with the lipid blood samples,but the activity of the treated samples decreased;(3)The different concentrations of PEG treatment lipid had different effects on hyperlipidemic serum,the concentrations of 20% was the best.Conclusion When the lipid blood concentration reaches to 2.0% or more,the enzymes test result will be affected.The visible lipid blood samples can be treated by 20% PEG.Enzyme activity after treatment should be multiplied by the dilution ratio.
