摘要
目的探讨自体肾移植取石术治疗复杂性肾铸形结石的临床意义。方法通过本文1例和文献报道的11例作术后效果分析。结果 12例患者术后结石均取尽,随访1～8个月,平均6个月,移植肾功能均正常。结论自体肾移植取石术对某些复杂性肾铸形结石是有效的治疗手段。结合腔道碎石技术能提供一个更为微创、安全、有效的方法 。
Objective To explore the clinical significance of lithotomy of kidney autotransplantation in treating staghorn calculi.Methods Postoperative effectiveness analysis was performed through 1 case of staghorn calculi treated with kidney autotransplantation and 11 cases reported in the relative literatures.Results The calculi were cleared in the 12 postoperative patients,followed up for 1-8 months,averaging 6 months,transplatation renal functions were normal.Conclusion Operation of kidney autotransplantation is an effective way to treat some staghorn calculi.Combination with endoscopic lithotripsy can offer one more mini invasive,safe and effective mean.
