肌钙蛋白T在急性心肌梗死早期诊断中的临床应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨肌钙蛋白在急性心肌梗死(AMI)早期诊断中的应用价值。方法将研究对象分为AMI(22例)、心绞痛(43例)、健康对照组(119例)3个组,采用酶免疫化学发光法分别测定3组血清中的肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)、肌酸激酶(CK)和肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)水平并进行比较分析。结果 22例AMI患者在患病24h内,其血清cTnT含量都高于参考值上限,CK及CK-MB含量只有20例AMI患者升高,以cTnT上升趋势最高,超过参考值上限的6~120倍,CK较参考值上限高1~6倍,CK-MB较参考值上限高1~9倍。心绞痛及健康对照组的结果均在正常参考值范围内。结论对于AMI患者来说,cTnT的诊断特异性优于传统上的CK及CK-MB。
