活化血小板在2型糖尿病中的临床价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察2型糖尿病患者血小板活化水平,探讨糖尿病对血小板活化的影响。方法应用流式细胞仪检测活化血小板的表面分子标志物——血小板α-颗粒膜糖蛋白(CD62P),以此评价血小板活化情况。结果 2型糖尿病组患者外周血小板活化率明显高于非糖尿病患者组。结论 2型糖尿病血小板活化率增高;血小板活化率增高可能是糖尿病患者心脑血管病发病率高的重要机制之一。
