基层电大学生学籍档案管理是学校管理的重要环节,严格的学生学籍管理是提高电大教育教学质量的有力保障。同时,搞好基层电大的学籍档案管理,也关系到电大办学规范化、科学化问题,直接影响到电大的办学质量和效益。因此,分析基层电大学生学籍档案管理中存在的问题,提出科学管理的改革思路,具有重要的现实意义。

Archival Management for grass-roots students in T.V. University is one important part for school management.A strict management of school roll could realize a more standardized,normalized and scientific administration for a university.Also it could improve the quality of education and raise the level of teaching,which directly benefits the university.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the problems in this field and present some fresh and original ideas on scientific management of students＇school roll.
