乡村旅游对农村经济发展的影响——以浙江省湖州市乡村旅游为例

Impact of Rural Tourism on the Economical Development in Rural Area——Taking Huzhou Rural Tourism of Zhejiang as an Example

文章以浙江湖州为例,研究了我国东部发达地区乡村旅游对农村经济发展的影响。结果发现,湖州居民对乡村旅游的经济影响基本上都持认同态度,但在旅游业发展和物价、房地产价格的关系等方面,湖州居民基本上也认为乡村旅游业的发展是造成这些物价上涨的重要原因。各个区县对乡村旅游的经济影响的感知有所差异,吴兴区居民普遍赞同旅游业促进就业、增加收入两因子,南浔区和长兴、德清、安吉三县除赞同旅游业促进就业、增加收入两因子外,还普遍认为旅游业在改善交通等公共设施等方面也起到了重要作用。在影响强度上,吴兴区居民感知到的最为强烈,依次为南浔区、德清县和安吉县,而长兴县相对最小。这与实际的乡村旅游发展水平是一致的。

This paper takes Huzhou City as an example,and studies the impact of rural tourism on rural economic development in the developed eastern areas of China.The findings show that Huzhou residents basically has the positive attitude towards rural tourism,which impacts on economic development,but on such aspects as the prices of commodities and real estate,they all basically think that the development of rural tourism is the very factor that contributes to the rise of price.The perception of the people in different districts or counties on the impact varies.The residents in Wuxing District generally agree that tourism industry promotes employment and the income of them,besides the two aspects mentioned above,the residents in the three counties,Changxing,Deqing and Anji,generally believe that tourism industry plays an important role in the improvement of transportation and other public facilities.In the aspect of effect intensity,the residents of Wuxing District have perceived that the most,which is consistent with the actual level of the rural tourism development.
