The paper studied the Dirichlet series of infinite or der in the right half plane,counted their proximate order,extended PaleyZygmun d lemma to the case of nonequally distributed and proved that every point of t he imaginary axis is almost surely a Borel point with no finite exceptional valu e for the random Dirichlet series of infinite order of nonequally distributed. 
