摘要
对坊子近代德式建筑进行了概述,从外观线条、视觉效果、对称效果、以人为本的居住理念等方面归纳了近代德式建筑的艺术风格,指出这些德式建筑群建筑科学及文化艺术方面的价值,是人类可利用的历史文化遗产。
The thesis briefly introduces the Fangzi modem German-style buildings, summarizes the artistic style of modem German-style build- ings from the following aspects： appearance lines, visual effect, symmetry effect, the concept of residence with people as the basis, and etc., points out the value of these German-style buildings in the aspects of architecture science and culture arts, which is the historical cultural her- itage that can be used by human.
