摘要
为使城市规划的实践活动通过社会的目标和价值得到体现,分析了影响城市总体规划实效性的一些特定因素,藉此对我国现阶段城市总体规划编制及管理情况进行了探讨和思考,以促进城市的快速发展。
In order to embody the social target and valuation of the urban master planning＇ s practical activities, this paper analyzes some special factors which influence the effectiveness of the the urban master planning. Discuss and think the compilation and management situation of the urban master planning on Chinese present stage, to promote the urban quick development.
