The fast pile connection method application in prestressed concrete tubular pile engineering

针对预应力混凝土管桩传统端板焊接法存在的问题,提出可将机械螺栓连接技术应用于管桩施工,并归纳了其在施工中的具体应用,指出该技术提高了施工速度,节省了成本,可在同类工程中推广应用。

Aiming at the problems existing in prestressed concrete tubular traditional end sheet welding method, it proposed that mechanical bolt connection technology should be applied in tubular pile construction, its detail application in construction was generalized. It pointed out that the technology enhanced construction speed, saved cost and could be popularized in similar engineering.
