浅谈旋挖灌注桩成孔常见问题的分析及对策

Brief discussion on the analysis on the common seen problems in pore forming of revolving digging cast-in-place pile

结合芜湖华电二期桩基工程实例,分析了旋挖钻机成孔灌注桩施工遇到的问题,经分析后提出了应对策略,着重介绍了坍孔、埋钻、卡钻、掉钻等问题的预防措施及对策,以期保证旋挖灌注桩质量。

Combining with the specific project example, the Wuhu Huadian second periodic pile foundation project, the thesis analyzed the problems emerged in pore forming cast-in-place pile construction of revolving digging drilling machine, following that it put forward the eorre- sponding strategies, mainly introduced the prevention measures and strategy for the following problems： leakage, driller burying, sticking, driller dropping etc., so as to ensure the quality of revolving digging bored piles.
