针对建筑业安全管理的现状及安全管理事故发生的原因,提出了一系列能够满足安全管理需要、符合项目管理特点的安全管理措施,并对其在实际项目中的应用情况进行了深入研究,为建筑业在实际工作中应用安全管理的措施进行安全管理提供了指导。

Aiming at the current situation of the safety management of architectural industry and the reasons for the accidents in the safety management, the paper points out a series of safety management measures which can meet the management needs and adhere to the features of the program management, and researches on the application of the measures in the factual programs, so as to provide the direction for safety measures in the safety management.
