行波磁场净化液态金属时金属液流动控制的初步探讨 被引量:3

摘要 本文对行波磁场净化液态金属技术中金属液流动现象的产生进行了模拟试验和理论分析,指出紊流产生的根本原因是金属液受力不均匀.对影响电磁力均匀化的几个参数进行了测定或讨论。 The simulating test and theoretical analysis for the formation of the turbulent flow in the molten metal which was being purified by travelling magnetic field were carried out, and it was concluded that the inhomogenuous electromagnetic force field was the basic cause for the flow. The parameters that affected the homogeneity of the electromagnetic force were investigated and/or discussed, and the corresponding ways to suppress the turbulent flow were put forth.
