摘要
本文采用还原、水解、絮凝法去除生产钛白的副产物硫酸亚铁中钛离子、杂质离子及悬浮物.研究发现在控制溶液pH3~6、水解温度70℃、水解反应时间0.5h和投加1mg/l混凝剂的条件下,精制后的硫酸亚铁溶液中Ti离子浓度CTi<1×10-6.
The refining process of ferrous sulfate originated from the by product of titanium dioxide is discussed. By means of reduction, hydrolysis, flocculation and percolation, the concentration of titanium ion in the solution can be reduced to less than 1×10 -6 . After studying the effects of refining conditions such as solution pH, hydrolysis temperature, hydrolysis time etc . on the efficiency of removing titanium ion, we obtained the optimum refining process conditions as pH 3 ̄6, temperature 70 ℃, reaction time 0.5 h and flocculant 1 mg/l.
