摘要
根据电动车组辅助电源在线冗余供电方式的特点,研究辅助电源控制方法,并对辅助电源并联运行控制过程进行仿真分析。提出用1个辅助供电单元作为主控单元对电压进行控制,以保证母线电压的稳定;其他供电单元则通过网络得到主控单元给出的电压值,以保证所有供电单元输出的电压幅值一致;采用频率下垂控制方式对相位进行控制。按照提出的控制方法建立逆变电源并联运行仿真模型,采用层次化结构和自顶向下的方法,对逆变电源并联运行的并网和负载变化过程进行仿真,仿真结果和试验结果的对比分析表明,提出的控制方法简洁、合理,能够满足实际车载辅助电源的控制要求。
According to characteristics of the online redundancy auxiliary power supply in EMU,the control method was researched,and the parallel operation control process of the auxiliary power was simulated and analyzed. It was proposed that one auxiliary power supply be the master unit to control the voltage in order to guarantee the stability of the bus voltage. For other power supply units,the voltage values given by the master unit were obtained through the network so as to assure the consistency of the voltage amplitude output by all power supply units. Frequency droop mode was used to control the phase. The simulation model was established for the parallel operation of the inverter according to the presented control method. Hierarchical structure and the top-down method were adopted to simulate the grid-connected procedure and the load variation of the parallel operation inverter. From the comparison of the simulation results and test data,it indicates that the control method presented is concise and reasonable,and can meet the control requirement of the actual on-board auxiliary power supply.
