用聚乙烯亚胺处理后的固定化酵母细胞裂解的最适温度提高,米氏常数也略高于游离细胞的Km值.
With the stabilization process of the polyethylene imine,
the proper temperature was raised for the cracking of the yeast alginate gel immobilized cells and
it's Michaelis constant was a bit larger than the K m value of the extrication yeast cells.
