超声SonoCT技术结合CDFI在糖尿病肾损害诊断中的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:利用超声SonoCT技术提高图像质量,结合CDFI获得肾内动脉血流阻力指数(RI),探讨两种技术结合诊断糖尿病肾病的价值。方法:将糖尿病患者140例分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组,以24h微量尿蛋白排泄率(UAER)作为糖尿病肾病的诊断标准,分别应用SonoCT技术联合CDFI和常规二维超声结合CDFI技术对3组患者肾动脉血流参数进行测定,比较两种方法中二维图像的特征以及对糖尿病肾病的诊断效果。结果:利用超声SonoCT技术结合CDFI获得的Ⅱ组病例在二维灰阶图像、血流图像及血流参数上与传统方法相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而Ⅰ、Ⅲ组差异无显著统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:SonoCT技术联合CDFI对糖尿病肾病早期(Ⅱ组)的诊断较常规二维超声诊断具有显著优势及较好的应用价值。 Objective:To improve image quality combined with SonoCT and CDFI we can get renal artery resistance index(RI) by using ultrasound technology,and then investigate the advantage of two technologies in the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.Methods:140 cases of diabetes were divided into group Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ.We traced 24 -hour urine protein excretion rate(UAER) as diagnostic criteria for diabetic nephropathy.By jointing the application of SonoCT technology and conventional two-dimensional echocardiography combined with CDFI technology,renal artery blood flow parameters were measured to compare the two methods in two-dimensional image features and the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy in the three groups.Results:The use of ultrasound combined with CDFI and SonoCT received in the better two-dimensional gray-scale images,blood flow image and blood flow parameters,and was significantly different than the traditional method in group Ⅱ patients(P〉0.05),and statistically significant.But group Ⅰ,Ⅲ were no clearly statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:SonoCT technique joint CDFI has obvious advantages and good value in early diabetes(group Ⅱ) than the conventional two-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis.
