摘要
目的:探讨卡托普利对HTL所致大鼠血管内皮功能损伤的保护作用及其机制。方法:选择28只大鼠,实验分为4组,①正常对照组,正常大鼠每天灌胃生理盐水(0.1ml/kg)。②HTL损伤组,将HTL溶解于生理盐水中每天灌胃1次(50mg/kg)。③~④卡托普利低、高剂量治疗组,HTL(50mg/kg)分别与卡托普利(10、40mg/kg)每天灌胃1次;连续灌胃8周,测定血清MDA、SOD。结果:HTL损伤组血管组织SOD的活性明显减弱,MDA的浓度显著增加,与正常对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经卡托普利(10、40mg/kg)处理后,血管组织中MDA含量降低,SOD活性增强,与HTL损伤组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:卡托普利对大鼠血管内皮功能损伤保护作用明确,具有血管抗氧化作用,可以在临床上进一步研究。
Objective:To discuss Captopr to the rat blood vessel bast function damage protective function to HTL and the mechanism.Methods:Chose 28 rats,the experiment were divided into 4 groups,①normal control group,the stomach of normal rats were filled with Physiological Saline(0.1 ml/kg) every day.②HTL damage group,HTL was dissolved in the Physiological Saline filled stomach of the rats(50 mg/kg) one time every day.③ -④ low and high -dose Captopr treatment group,HTL(50 mg/kg) with Captopr(10,40 mg/kg) filled the stomach separately one time every day.Continuously filled the stomach for 8 weeks,detected MDA,SOD in blood serum.Results:In HTL damage group SOD activity of blood vessel organizes were weaken obviously,the MDA density was obviously increased and had significant difference with the normal control group(P0.05).After Captopr(10,40 mg/kg) was used,MAD density of blood vessel organizes contently were reduced,SOD activity was enhanced,expressing significant difference with the HTL damage group.Conclusion:Captopr to the rat blood vessel function damage protective function is clear and definite,and possesses the blood vessel oxidation resistance function,may further study in clinic.
