摘要
目的:探讨不同中药复方的降糖作用机制。方法:采用一次性腹腔注射STZ造成小鼠糖尿病模型,测定给药前后1h血糖、口服葡萄糖耐量、空腹血糖、血清及肾组织MDA含量和肾组织NO含量。结果:与DM组相比,DM-J、DM-Q、DM-B、DM-CL、DM-CH组血糖分别降低了给药前血糖的26.70%、18.48%、22.08%、22.18%、15.44%。与DM组相比,除DM-J组,其余各组肾组织中NO水平显著降低。各组血清中MDA含量与DM组相比,只有DM-Q和DM-B两组表现出显著性降低。结论:糖尿病早期,给予复方Q、B、J、C均有降低血糖的作用。除J外,各复方都有降低糖尿病早期肾组织NO产生增加的作用,能减轻由NO增加造成的肾脏损伤,但只有Q和B有降低血清MDA含量的作用,减轻脂质过氧化的作用。
Objective:To study the hypoglycemic activity and mechanism of different compound Chinese medicine.Methods:The diabetic modle was established by ip STZ one time.Blood glucose,oral glucose tolerance,fasting blood glucose,the content of NO in kidney,the content of MDA in serum and kidney were assayed.Results:After administration,blood glucose decreased 26.70%,18.48%,22.08%,22.18%,15.44% in DM-J,DM-Q,DM-B,DM-CL and DM-CH group respectively.DM-Q,DM-B,DM-CL and DM-CH group could decrease the content of NO in kidney.Only DM-Q and DM-B group could decrease the content of MDA in serum compared with DM group.Conclusion:Formula Q,B,J,C had hypoglycemic activity.All of the formulas could inhibit the production of NO and the impairment in kidney except formula J.Only Q and B could decrease the content of MDA in serum.
