摘要
目的:探讨宫腔镜诊治宫腔粘连的临床价值。方法:对2006年1月～2009年8月在我院行宫腔镜诊治手术的49例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:术后恢复正常月经患者41例,占83.67%,8例经量仍较少;在痛经的26例患者中,有25例术后得到缓解或治愈;术后腹痛0例。与术前比较,均有显著性差异(均P<0.01)。结论:宫腔镜是诊治宫腔粘连的首选方法,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To investigate the clinical value of intrauterine adhesions treated by hysteroscope.Methods：From January 2006 to August 2009 in our hospital,clinical data of 49 patients with hysteroscopy surgery were analyzed retrospectively.Results：After operation,41 patients resumed normal menstruation,accounting for 83.67%,8 patients were still less volume;in 26 cases of dysmenorrhea,25 cases had been alleviated or cured after surgery;adominal pain was 0 case.there were significant difference compared with the preoperative（all P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Intrauterine adhesions treated by hysteroscope is the preferred method,it＇s worthy of clinical application.
