摘要
目的:考察注射用头孢尼西钠与葡萄糖氯化钠注射液、5%葡萄糖注射液和0.9%氯化钠注射液的配伍稳定性。方法:考察配伍后溶液的外观性状,采用HPLC法对配伍后溶液的含量变化进行分析。结果:注射用头孢尼西钠与葡萄糖氯化钠注射液、5%葡萄糖注射液和0.9%氯化钠注射液在6h内配伍稳定,在外观性状和含量上无显著变化;与0.9%氯化钠注射液配伍的稳定性优于其他两种注射液。结论:注射用头孢尼西钠与葡萄糖氯化钠注射液、5%葡萄糖注射液和0.9%氯化钠注射液配伍稳定,为临床使用提供有效的依据。
Objective:To survey the compatible stability of Cefonicid Sodium for Injection in the three kinds of infusion-Glucose and Sodium Chloride Injection,5% Glucose Injection and 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection.Methods:Cefonicid Sodium for Injection was observed the the outward appearance and measured the content of cefonicid in the compatible solution by HPLC.Results:The compatible stability of Cefonicid Sodium for Injection in the Glucose and Sodium Chloride Injection,5% Glucose Injection and 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection was stable in 6 h,and there were no obvious changes in outward appearance and content.Conclusion:A determination of the stability of Cefonicid Sodium for Injection can provide a effective basis for clinical application.
