美扶伊曲康唑联合康妇特栓治疗严重外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病临床观察

Clinical observation on serious vulvo-vaginal candida mycoderma bacteria treated by Itraconazole Capsules combined with Confort Pessaries

目的:探讨美扶伊曲康唑联合康妇特栓治疗严重外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(VVC)的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析我院2008年2月～2009年8月在妇产科门诊诊断为严重外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病100例患者的临床治疗资料,将100例患者随机分为两组,研究组50例采用美扶伊曲康唑联合康妇特栓治疗,对照组50例单纯使用达克宁栓200mg治疗。结果:研究组总显效率为98%,对照组为86%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:美扶伊曲康唑联合康妇特栓治疗严重外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病效果好。

Objective：To study the clinical effect about serious vulvo-vaginal candida mycoderma bacteria（VVC） treated by Itraconazole Capsules combined with Confort Pessaries.Methods：Retrospective analyzed the clinical data about 100 cases of serious vulvo-vaginal candida mycoderma bacteria that had consulted in our obstetrics and gynecology department from February 2008 to August 2009,devided the 100 cases into 2 groups.50 cases of study group were treated by Itraconazole Capsules combined with Confort Pessaries,50 cases of control group were treated by Miconazole Nitrate Pessary.Results：The total effective rate of the study group was 98%,the control group was 86%,there was a siganificant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Serious vulvo-vaginal candida mycoderma bacteria treated by Itraconazole Capsules combined with Confort Pessaries has better efficacy.
