微波治疗慢性宫颈炎300例临床分析

Clinical analysis of microwave therapy for 300 cases of chronic cervicitis

目的:探讨微波治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效。方法:300例慢性宫颈炎患者,在月经干净后3～7d,采用微波治疗仪对宫颈的糜烂面进行治疗。术后进行随访,判断疗效。结果:Ⅰ度宫颈糜烂62例,一次性全部治愈;Ⅱ度宫颈糜烂160例,治愈150例(93.4%),显效10例(6.6%);Ⅲ度宫颈糜烂78例,治愈71例(91.0%),显效7例(9.0%)。结论:微波治疗宫颈炎疗效较好,值得推广。

Objective：To discuss the clinical efficacy of microwave therapy for chronic cervicitis.Methods：After three to seven days of menstruation,300 cases of chronic cervicitis patients accepted the microwave therapy.After operation,all patients were followed up,then analyzed the clinical efficacy.Results：62 cases of one grade cervical erosion patients were cured at first time;among the 160 cases of two grade cervical erosion patients,150 cases（93.4%） were cured,10 cases had progress;among the 78 cases of three grade cervical erosion patients,71 cases（91.0%）were cured,7 cases（9.0%） had progress.Conclusion：For chronic cervicitis,the microwave therapy is very effective,it should be extended.
