摘要
为了研究链条锅炉燃烧秸秆和秸秆致密成型块时,锅炉效率与污染物排放水平,在DZL2-0.8/160-AⅡ型工业链条锅炉上进行了试烧。研究结果表明,链条锅炉燃烧秸秆时,排烟过量空气系数1.92,排渣可燃炭含量17.4%,排烟中CO和H2浓度为78×10-6和35×10-6;燃烧秸秆致密成型块时,排烟过量空气系数为1.58,排渣可燃炭含量8.7%,排烟中CO和H2浓度为29×10-6和13×10-6。由此可知燃煤链条锅炉直接燃烧秸秆,应该设立挡渣铁和改进后拱结构,以利于提高后拱下炉排温度,降低机械不完全燃烧损失和化学不完全燃烧损失;调节后拱下风室的配风并提高后拱下风室之间的密封能力,以利于降低过量空气系数,从而降低排烟物理热损失。
In order to study the boiler efficiency and pollutants emissions,straw and its briquette were combusted in the DZL2-0.8/160-AII industrial chain stoker.The results showed: the excess air factor is 1.92,the combustibles in the slag-off is 17.4 %,the CO and H2 concentrations in 78×10-6 and 35×10-6 when the straw was combusted in the chain stocker;The excess air factor is 1.58,the combustibles in the slag-off is 8.7 %,the CO and H2 concentrations in 29×10-6 and 13×10-6 when the straw briquette was combusted in the chain stocker.It is concluded that the slag dam should be placed and the rear arch construction should be reformatted so as to developed the temperature under the rear arch;The air room flow should be adjusted and the sea-ling between the air rooms under the rear arch should be enhanced so as to reduce the excess air factor and exhaust gas heat loss.
