摘要
对同心环碟片填料旋转床在气液两相沿径向逆流条件下,进行了水-空气压降测量,推导出压降与操作工况的关联式。测量结果表明,该关联式与实测值吻合较好.研究发现在旋转床压降分析中必须考虑科氏力的影响,在总压降中摩擦阻力所引起的压降占主要部分.
An experimental research was made for rotating bed using wave form disk plate. The total pressure drop of gas was measured and correlated with operating conditions. The experimental results showed that the correlation formula was quite fit to measured data. We found that Coriolis force should be considered in the analyses of dynamic performance of gas or liquid flow through rotating bed. We also found that gas pressure drop was mainly caused by friction force.
