蔬菜秧与牛粪好氧堆肥试验研究 被引量:13

摘要 以蔬菜秧、牛粪和玉米秸秆为原料,在北京延庆县旧县镇延庆有机农业示范园内进行了为期60 d的高温好氧堆肥试验。初始堆肥混合物料的含水量为61.5%,C/N为21.3,采用翻堆机进行机械翻堆供氧。结果表明,该区蔬菜秧和牛粪的养分含量较高,重金属含量较低,但水分含量很高,C/N都很低,直接用采收后的蔬菜秧和牛粪混合堆肥,达不到堆肥的适宜条件,需添加C/N较高且水分含量较低的玉米秸秆,以实现堆肥的适宜条件。试验表明蔬菜秧和牛粪堆肥是可行的,能有效解决当地的农业废弃物处理问题和有机农业生产中的有机肥短缺问题。 The high temperature compost experiment which lasted 60 days used vegetable wastes,cow dung and corn stalks as material in Yanqing organic agriculture demonstration base of Beijing.The C/N of initial complex material was 21.3,and its content of water was 61.5%.The test results showed that in vegetable wastes and cow dung the content of nutrient and water were very high,but the C/N and the content of heavy metals were very low.Therefore it wasn't enough to only compost vegetable wastes and cow dung.In order to achieve more suitable compost condition,corn stalks,which contained high C/N and low content of water,should be added.The experiment showed that it was feasible to compost vegetable wastes and cow dung,which could solve the problem of local agricultural wastes and the shortage of organic fertilizer in organic agricultural production.
