摘要
利用红外光谱和喇曼光谱研究了PbO-Bi2O3-B2O3系统玻璃结构中B3+离子的配位状态.研究结果表明:当B2O3含量较低时,获得的重金属氧化物玻璃结构中的B3+离子以单个[BO3]三角体形式存在,随B2O3含量增加,部分[BO3]三角体转变成[BO4]四面体;当B2O3含量增加到一定程度时,通过[BO3]三角体与[BO4]四面体之间的桥氧离子的联接而形成含[BO3]三角体与[BO4]四面体的环状结构.
The coordination status of the B 3+ ions in the PbO Bi 2O 3 B 2O 3 glasses was investigated by using the IR absorption and the Raman shift methods.The results show that,when the B 2O 3 content is lower than about 22.64 mol%,the B 3+ ions exist in the PbO Bi 2O 3 B 2O 3 glasses in the single triangles;and the single triangles transform into tetrahedra with the increasing of B 2O 3 content,which results in the decreasing of the amounts;and when the B 2O 3 content is added to about 46 mol%,the boron oxygen rings are formed by the connecting of the bridge oxygen ions between the triangles and the tetrahedra.
