概率分析法是企业进行风险决策的一种主要方法，利用它可以计算出各方案的风险程度，有效地预测、控制财务风险，降低风险损失。本文通过对概率分析法在企业财务风险预测中的应用研究，主要目的在于推动该方法在企业管理实践中的应用，以使企业的经营决策更趋于科学化、合理化、准确化。

As one of the major methods of enterprise risk decision making,the probability analysis(MPA) can assess the risk degree of each scheme,forecost and control enterprises financial risk effectively and reduce risk losses.This paper will research MPA′s application on the enterprise′s financial risk predication with the purpose of promoting MPA′S application on enterprise management practice so as to enable enterprise to be more scientific,resonable and accurate in decision making.
