摘要
小模数渐开线花键齿轴的滚压技术有很多优点。就滚压加工涉及的工艺参数、滚模设计要点以及避免根切、齿形简化等问题，结合应用实例，进行了阐述与讨论。
The rolling technique for fine-module involute spline shaft possesses many advantages. Combined with application examples, this paper explains the technological data, rolling die designing essentials,undercutting prevention and tooth profile simplification relating to the rolling process.
