摘要
目的：采取更好方法解决畸形中央间折断引起牙根发育异常，使牙根继续发育。并观察不同年龄段的预后牙根发育形态。材料和方法：本文对100例临床上畸形中央尖折断导致牙根发育障碍的年轻恒牙，采用根尖诱导成形术和根尖形成术方法促进牙根发育，根尖闭合。结果：经过两到三年的观察，有80例牙根可以继续生长，根尖闭合。20例出现了根尖水平钙化桥闭合。结论：年轻恒牙通过正确治疗均可以达到根尖闭合。但由于年龄差异和根尖感染时间的长短，导致根尖闭合形态的差异。
Find a better way to continue the root apical development.Materials and methods：We select 100 young permanent teeth ,whose root apical closure isn＇ t finishied because of abnormal central cusps. The treatments we adopted are apexification and the root formation.The results：the rate of apical clouse in 9-18 group is 100 % and 80 % in 19-24 group Conclusionl：we conclude that after proper treatment for these teeth, the apical closure maycome true finally
