百草枯中毒50例诊治体会

目的：总结百草枯中毒的诊断治疗体会。方法：回顾性分析我院自2005-2010年50例百草枯中毒患者患者的临床资料，详细分析各病例的治疗方案，临床表现，预后。结果：百草枯中毒毒性大，肝肾功能损害重，多数有肺纤维化，致死率高。结论：百草枯中毒须积极使用综合治疗方案。早期彻底洗胃、24小时内尽快血液灌洗，使用激素及免疫抑制剂应用，保护肝肾功。

Objective： To summarize the treatment of paraquat poisoning diagnosis. Methods： A retmspective analysis of our hospital from 2005-2010, 50 cases of paraqaat poisoning patients clinical data, a detailed analysis of the treatment in all cases, clinical features, prognosis. Resuhs： The toxi city of paraquat poisoning, liver and kidney dysfunction weight, most with pulmonary fibro sis, mortality rate. Conclusion： The use of paraquat poisoning in cornprehensive treatment programs to be active. Early thorough gastric lavage, blood perfusion within 24 hours as soon as possible, using hormones and immunosuppressive agents, to protect kidney function
