肺癌免疫治疗研究进展
摘要
肺癌已占癌症死亡率的首位,需要新的治疗方法十分迫切。近年来随着分子生物学和免疫学理论及实验技术的发展,逐步形成了手术、放疗、化疗和免疫治疗的综合治疗模式。免疫治疗代表了一种低毒,高特异性的新治疗方法,但是因为肺癌的免疫原性很弱且存在免疫逃逸,使施行免疫治疗十分困难。本文综述了肺癌的非特异性免疫治疗、细胞免疫治疗、抗肿瘤抗体及其导向治疗、过继性免疫治疗、抗肿瘤的细胞因子疗法、肿瘤疫苗和基因治疗的最新进展。
