摘要
应用CFD软件STAR-CD,建立了某490增压柴油机燃用二甲醚的燃烧模型.在额定功率下,计算了二甲醚在不同喷油提前角时缸内温度、压力、NOX随曲轴转角的变化情况.结果表明:柴油机中燃用二甲醚燃料NOX排放浓度显著降低.通过对上止点前5°,7°,9°时不同喷油始点的计算表明,提前角增大,NOX生成量增加.为二甲醚燃料的推广使用与燃烧系统的优化提供了参考.
Combustion model for DME used in one 490 diesel engine was developed by means of the software STAR-CD.Under the rated power,in-cylinder temperature,pressure,and NOXchanged with the crank angle under different advanced injector crank angle for DME were calculated.The results indicate that DME used in diesel engine demonstrates substantial reduction of NOX emission.The performances calculated under 5°CA BT-DC,7°CA BTDC,and 9°CA BTDC injector angle show that the earlier the injection angles,the more the NOX emission.The developed method can be further used at application of DME and optimization of combustion system.
