摘要
科学分析企业人才竞争力的内涵、形成机理及其外在表现,建立了包括企业人才资源、人才环境和经营业绩等三个维度在内的中小企业人才竞争力评价指标体系.同时,基于小波神经网络在评价等多领域应用中的独特优势,构建了基于Morlet小波函数的中小企业人才竞争力评价模型.通过收集浙江温州某产业20家中小企业的人才竞争力评价信息,对小波评价模型进行了训练和测试.结果表明:构建的评价指标体系具有较高的科学性和可操作性,评价模型能较好地消除评价过程中人为因素的影响,增强评价结果的客观性.
This paper scientifically analyzed the content,formation mechanism and external performance of enterprises' talent competitiveness.Meanwhile it established an evaluation index system of SMEs' talent competitiveness from three dimensions including the talent resources,talent environment,and business performance.Based on the unique advantages of wavelet neural network in evaluating applications and many other areas,this study constructd a model for evaluating the SMEs' talent competitiveness through Morlet wavelet function.By collecting the evaluation information of twenty SMEs in a certain industry in Wenzhou,the wavelet evaluation model was trained and tested.The results show that the evaluation index system is highly scientific and feasible.The evaluation model can eliminate the influence of human factors in evaluation process and enhance the objectivity of evaluation results.
