匹维溴铵联合黛立新治疗肠易激综合征疗效观察

Pinaverium bromide Joint Dai Lixin treatment of irritable bowel syndrome

目的探讨匹维溴铵联合黛立新治疗肠易激综合征临床疗效。方法我院2006年1月至2009年10月门诊治疗的符合入选标准肠易激综合征368例，随机分为治疗组188例，对照组180例，进行两组腹痛、腹胀、便秘、排便〉3次／d或稀便、排便不尽、排便费力临床症状总有效率进行统计并比较。结果两组临床症状总有效率进行比较，P〈0．05为有统计学意义。结论匹维溴铵联合黛立新治疗肠易激综合征临床疗效确切，应用方便，安全可靠，可以达到控制肠道临床症状，减轻患者不适；有能够控制失眠、抑郁等精神症状达到综合治疗的目的，改善患者的生活质量，促进疾病康复。

Objective To investigate pinaverium bromide Joint Dai Lixin treatment of irritable bowel syndrome therapy. Methods From January 2006 to October 2009 met the inclusion criteria out-patient treatment of irritable bowel syndrome in 368 cases, 188 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 180 cases, were two of abdominal pain, bloating, constipation, bowel movement 〉 3 times/d, or loose stools, defecation endless, effortless defecation symptoms and the total efficiency of statistical comparison. Resuits The total effective rate of clinical symptoms compared P 〈 0. 05 significant difference. Conclusion Pinaverium bromide joint Dai Lixin treatment of irritable bowel syndrome is effective, and convenient, safe and reliable, able to control intestinal symptoms, reduce patient discomfort ; have to control insomnia, depression and other psychiatric symptoms to comprehensive treatment objective of improving the quality of life of patients and promote recovery from disease.
