摘要
目的利用XE-2100型全自动血液分析仪对不同情况的网织红细胞以及其相关参数的调查,从而了解仪器分析的精密度、健康成人的参考范围和贫血情况下的网织红细胞的变化。方法选取10份新鲜的正常人标本做重复性试验;调查200份健康成人的各个参数的平均值;调查116份贫血标本,观察不同病因时HLR和IRF的改变。结果RET的重复性试验CV为3.4%。正常成人的RET范围在0.58%-1.88%之间。HLR的均值为0.32%;溶血性贫血、急性失血、慢性贫血、白血病和再生障碍性贫血等不同病因的贫血,各自的HLR均值依次为4.13%、1.73%、0.76%、0.34%和0.30%。MSCV值的异常改变,在贫血标本约占23%,正常标本约为7.2%。结论仪器分析的精密度和准确度比MAXM型号明显提高。各相关参数的调查结果与有关资料基本接近。并且研究参数HLR与流式细胞仪的HFR有相同的临床应用价值。这表明了可以将该仪器检测网织红细胞的手段得到广泛的临床应用和推广。
Objective The reticulocytes in different conditions and its related parameters were evaluted by the XE-2100 automated hematology analyzer, so we can understand the precision of instrumental analysis and the reference range of healthy adults, but also the reticulocyte change in the anemia condition. Methods We selected ten normal human fresh blood samples to make replicate test, and invested each parameters average of 200 healthy adults and 116 anemia specimens in order to study the change of the HLR and IRF with different causes. Results The Cv of the RET replicate test is 3.4%, and the RET range of normal humen being is between 0. 58% and 1.88%. The normal HLR mean is 0. 32% ; but each HLR value of the anemia with different causes including hemolytic anemia, acute hemorrhage, chronic anemia,leukemia and aplastic anemia is 4. 13 %, 1.73% ,0.76% ,0. 34% ,0. 30% separately. The change of the MSCV value is unnormal,and it is about 23% in anemia specimens, but 7.2% in healthy samples. Conclusion The precision and accuracy of the instrumental analysis is.
