摘要
目的探讨保和丸联合质子泵抑制剂治疗胃石症临床疗效。方法口服保和丸4丸，3次／d，奥美拉唑40mg，静脉滴注或口服，2次/d。结果所有患者均于用药1～3周胃石消失。结论保和丸联合质子泵抑制剂是治疗胃石症经济有效的治疗方法。
Objective To study the clinical curative effect of therapeutic alliance for gastrolith with Pill for Promoting Digestion （ Bao he wan pill） and proton pump inhibitor. Methods Pill for Promoting Digestion （ Bao he wan pill） ：PO 4 pills rid, omeprazole ：40 mg, PO or iv gtt, bid. Results After medication, all gastrolith disappeared in 1-3weeks. Conclusion The therapeutic alliance of Pill for Promoting Digestion （ Bao he wan pill） and proton pump inhibitor is a cost-effective treatment perscription of Gastrolithiasis.
