摘要
目的探讨神经内科患者难治性肺炎感染因素，以采取有效控制措施。方法回顾性分析2002年1月至2009年12月神经内科住院患者并发难治性肺炎96例的临床资料。结果96例难治性肺炎患者病因多样，复杂，治疗好转率低，影响预后，增加住院时间，治疗费用。结论尽可能避免各种易感因素和合理使用抗生素，加强护理，减少医院感染。
Objective To probe the cause of Hard cured pneumonia production by observing the Sufferer of Madical department of nerve. And we can adopt effective treatment measures for them. Methods 96 Hard cured pneumonia patients, clinical date of Neurology were studied and summarized from January 2002 to December 2010. Results The result showed the medical features of Hard cured pneumonia：various Causes, complex disease,low improvement rate,bad prognosis,increasing length of hospital stay and medical costs,etc. Conclusion It is necessary that thepatient shuld avoid predisposing factors. The Medicalstaff shuld rational use the antib.
