摘要
对高速高效加工中心进行研究,提出工件固定、以直线电机组成并联短链直接驱动刀具作多自由度运动,并实现高速高精度传动与高刚度支撑合二为一的新型结构.开发全闭环交流永磁同步直线电机进给系统,设计高可靠性换刀系统和敏捷化托盘交换系统.
After making a study on high-speed and high-efficiency machining centers,a new design of machining center,in which the workpiece is fixed,the parallel short chains made up of linear motion actuators are used to drive tools directly for multiple-degree of freedom movement,and the high-speed and high-accuracy drive combines with the highly rigid support,is proposed. Moreover,it also suggests that the fully closed loop feeding system of a. c. permanent magnet synchronous linear motor should be developed, and highly reliable tool change system and pallet change system should be designed.
