肾癌合并退行性腹膜后神经鞘瘤1例

摘要 1病例报告患者男，54岁。因“左侧腰腹部疼痛5h”入院。患者于5h前突发左侧腰腹部剧烈疼痛，持续性并阵发性加重，伴尿频尿痛及血尿，尿中可见血块。近期无头痛头晕，无发热。外科查体：左侧腹外侧区和髂区腹肌紧张，压痛无反跳痛，于左侧下腹部可触及包块，不可推动。左侧肋脊角叩击痛。
