摘要
针对苏里格气田施工中存在钻井速度低、钻具失效、易坍塌及井漏等一系列技术难题,进行了"钻头与钻井参数优选应用、防斜打直技术、钻井液体系的优选与应用、钻具失效的预防与钻具失效后的处理、防漏堵漏技术的应用"等优快钻井技术的现场实施工作,优质高效完成了钻井施工任务。其中,通过优选钻头、优化钻具结构、优选钻进参数来提高钻井速度,实现了二开单只钻头钻完设计井深的目标;通过优化钻井液配方,达到单只钻头长井段钻进,有效缩短了起下钻时间,提高了纯钻时效;通过采用钻具失效预防与处理措施,较好解决了钻具失效问题,减少了钻井风险。
In consideration of a series of problems such as low drilling speed,drilling tool failure,wellbore collapse and lose circulation,bits and drilling parameters,optimization applications,anti-oblique horizontal well technology,drilling fluid system were optimized and deployed.The prevention of drill tool failure and its post-processing,as well as leak-preventinbg technology were illustrated in detail. Therefore,designed well depth is achieved with only a single bit during the 2-spud-in due to the drill speed raise is attained by optimizing the bit,trip time and drill time are reduced.In connection with the optimizing the drilling fluid formula,drilling risk is reduced as well by drill failure prevention and treatment measures.
