宣肺理气针药结合治疗功能性便秘的临床研究

A clinical study on treating functional constipation by Xuanfei Liqi with acupuncture plus medicine

目的：观察宣肺理气法针药结合治疗功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法：将70例功能性便秘患者随机分为宣肺理气治疗组与常规治疗对照组，宣肺理气治疗组在对照组取穴的基础上针刺加用尺泽、太渊，中药加用杏仁、桔梗宣肺理气，经3个疗程治疗后与治疗结束后3个月分别观察两组患者疗效。结果：宣肺理气治疗组患者短期疗效与长期疗效均显著优于常规治疗组（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。结论：宣肺理气疗法可从气机运行与水液输布等方面改善肺脏功能，通过进一步协调肺与大肠功能之间的平衡，从而在根本上增强大肠通降能力，达到治疗目的。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of treating functional constipation by XuanfeiLiqi with acupuncture plus medicine. Methods： Choose 70 cases of functional constipation patients randomly divided into Xuanfei Liqi in treatment group and conventional therapy in control group. We have observed the effects of these two groups after 3 couses of treatment and 3 months after the treatment. Result： short-term effects and Long-term effects in treatment group is better than the control （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The Xuanfei Liqi therapy of acupuncture combined with medication could improve the function of Lung from activities of Qi and distribution of water, harmonize the balance between Lung and Large intestine, and increase the movement of Large intestine.
