灯盏花素合降糖胰生胶囊治疗2型糖尿病血脂紊乱疗效观察

Effective observation on treating dyslipidemia in type 2 diabetes with breviscapine plus Jiangtang Yisheng capsule

目的：探讨运用灯盏花素注射液合降糖胰生胶囊治疗2型糖尿病血脂紊乱的疗效。方法：观察组选用灯盏花素注射液20mg加入0．9％生理盐水注射液250ml静滴，每日一次，2周为一个疗程。并同时口服降糖胰生胶囊4粒，每日三次。对照组在控制饮食和达美康治疗的基础上，应用脂必妥，每次3粒，每日3次。疗程均为4周。结果：治疗组总有效率93．3％，对照组总有效率65．0％。结论：使用本办法能够明显提高疗效，是治疗糖尿病合并血脂紊乱的一种有效和可靠的治疗方法。
