育阴潜阳活血通络法治疗脑梗死35例临床研究

A clinical study on treating 35 cases of infarction by Yuyin Qianyang Huoxue Tongluo therapy

目的：探讨育阴潜阳、活血通络法治疗脑梗死，临床疗效与机制。方法：70例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，观察临床疗效及血脂的变化。结果：治疗组35例，愈显率为68．5％，总有效率为91．42％。对照组35例，愈显率为45．71％，总有效率为74．28％。差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论：育阴潜阳、活血通络法治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。本法还具有良好的调脂作用，其疗效可能与该法具有明显的抗血栓形成、改善微循环、抗脑缺血、保护脑神经细胞作用有关。

Objective： To investigate clinical effects of treating infarction by Yuyin Qianyang Huoxue Tongluo therapy. Methods： 70 patients randomly divide into treatment group and control group, observe the change of clinical effective and lipid. Result： The treatment group for 35 cases, cure rate for 68.5%, the total rate for 91.42%. Control for 35 cases, care rate for 45.71%, the total rate for 74.28%. Have a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Effects of Yuyin Qianyang, Huoxue Tongluo methods in treatment group is better than control group. Have good effects of lipid.
