耳穴压籽疗法促进阑尾炎术后排气的疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating exhaust after appendectomy by ear point seed pressing therapy

目的：探讨耳穴压籽与常规护理相比，哪种措施更能促进术后排气。方法：将阑尾炎行手术治疗的患者，随机的分为试验组和对照组，试验组给予耳穴压籽和术后护理常规，对照组术后常规护理。结果：试验组的术后排气时间明显旱于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：耳穴压籽疗法增强肠蠕动，促进术后排气，及早进食，增加营养。

Objective： To investigate the compare of ear point seed pressing and general care, what measures can be enhanced after surgery the exhaust. Methods： Choose exhaust patient after appendectomy; were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, taking ear point seed pressing and general care in the experimental group, taking general care after surgery in the control group. Result： Exhaust time after surgery in the experimental group is better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Ear point seed pressing therapy can be increased peristalsis, promoting exhaust after surgery, early feeding, and increase nutrient.
